Dennis Chang
CEO & President

Dennis Chang received a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Biology, and a MBA in Marketing & Management from the University of California at Berkeley.

He worked in an engineering management capacity for pioneering Silicon Valley companies IBM, Varian Associates and Monolithic Memories in 1970s and 80s.

He started and operated his own computer manufacturing company in the Silicon Valley area and built it to $100 Million in sales in 1980s.

He was included in the “100 Most Influential People in the Microcomputer Industry” by MicroTimes Magazine in 1988.

He later became an “elite” independent management consultant for companies ranging in size from $10 Million to $1 Billion, advising on their problem issues such as management, marketing, sales and finances.

For last 6 years, he has been working for a franchise organization in the capacity of Business Development Advisor, advising individuals and families by guiding them through their business start-up process. This why Mr Chang is SPEAR-HEADING/DESIGNING/IMPLEMENTING the reseller and Affiliate/Small Busness Associate campaign for Voip-pal.com and its subsidiary Pointsphone.com.





Richard Kipping
Founder, Past CEO

Richard Kipping has been involved in the business side of the entertainment industry since 1997. During that year, he purchased All America Casting International Inc., a 48 year old facility that produces merchandise for the entertainment industry. He subsequently took the Company public on the NASD OTC BB.

Richard has nineteen years of extensive experience in the management and investor relations sector for publicly trading companies on several stock exchanges. His entertainment merchandising experience in the past five years includes the creation, production and sales generation for entities such as Xena Warrior Princess, South Park Cartoons, WCW Wrestling, Star Wars and the Terminator. Three years ago, he formed B & K Productions in order to produce three television pilots, Hook, Line & Supper, Dads Can Too and Country Club Cuisine, of which he created in terms of contents, production and distribution. Three episodes of Hook, Line & Supper have subsequently been completed.

In 2003, he changed the name to Voip-mdu.com and in 2006 to Voip-pal.com Inc, accurately reflecting the direction of the companies business plan.
